Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging including everything arrived with it.
• All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• All exchange shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn or used.
• Items without original packaging.
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at [support@lumero1.com] or via Whatsapp [+201119002420] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
